Nearest proper market is 40 kms away in Kotdwar so it is difficult to cater special demand. Please bring raw material yourself if you want something different.

  • Outdoor Activities

  • CANCELLATIONS
    •  100% refund before 7 Days of arrival date. 50 % refund between 6 to 3 days. 0 % refund below 3 days.
  • PAYMENTS
  •  Without payment, the booking will be not confirmed. 50% of price will be received to confirm the booking. Rest it will be collected at the resort on arrival in cash.
  • No PAYTM or credit/debit card facility. Carry ample cash as the nearest ATM is 16 kms away.
  • No adjustment for services/ food not availed.

  • Any damage to property will be charged cash then and there.
  • No smoking in the rooms.
  • No loud music, no music at all after 8:00 pm.
  • No dormitory for drivers/maids. Food however will be provided at extra cost.
  • Pets allowed.
  • No adjustment for services/ food not availed.

  • We are not licensed to serve liquor. However the client can bring their own liquor.
